As a lass who is large up top I decided to give this bra a try - banishment of 78% of 'movement' when I am running / in the gym would be a god send. However since buying and trying the product, I dont think that it adds any more than my current Max Support Shock Absorbers. Maybe it cuts down on the 'figure of 8 movement' which I cant really notice, and it is still a good and comfortable bra. However if you already have a Max Support product, dont expect this to be overly different.
