I've always run with Asics but wanted to try this technology. Extremely impressed, a very light shoe and I've done several 5k runs and some shorter to adjust and I'm delighted with them. With the forefoot style I feel very light on my feet. I also have 2 bulging and dehydrated disks and I feel much less impact.

As a forefoot runner I often get soreness under the front of my feet as most trainers do not provide cushioning at the front of the shoe (it is all packed into the heal). Running in these Newtons was a welcomed relieve for my poor feet! Very bouncy in the forefoot, feel great to run in, if a little unstable at times.

Vibrant colour enhancing visibility on the road! Impossible to run inefficiently with these shoes as you are pushed forward away from the heel. Continued practice in use adds to the benefits as you 'feel' energy when levering the foot off the road! Speedy recovery from long runs and endurance events and a very light trainer!
