The Guide 3 maintains that trend with a great blend of cushioning and support, however the improvements on the Guide 2 will further develop the fit and feel of the shoe. The new version has added SRC in the heel crash pad for more cushioning when you land, it also has a larger pad of cushioning under the forefoot, so greater energy return is provided on toe-off (or for those landing on their mid-foot and forefoot).

The Guide 3 also has the improved ComfortRide sockliner, made especially for Saucony shoes which manages moisture, is antibacterial and adds further cushioning.
