A heart rate monitor is one of the most important tool in cardiovascular health and an ideal training partner. It enables you to see and monitor results. This helps you assess past performance, maximize your workout and adapt your future exercise program to achieve your desired goals in a safer and more effective way.

The Strapless Heart Rate Monitor offers all the heart rate data you need without the restrictions of a chest belt. Strap on the shock-resistant wrist unit and simply place your fingers onto the conductive plates, to gain an Electrocardiograph (ECG) accurate heart rate reading. It takes just a matter of seconds for your current heart rate to be clearly displayed on the large LCD screen. A built-in stopwatch and calorie counter also help monitor your workout progress and work toward your fitness goals.

The SE138 is well suited for use in the swimming pool, where heart rate chest straps will not give accurate readings, the SE138 has not got a heart rate activation button, meaning that the user can gain an ECG accurate heart rate, without running the risk of damaging the watch unit.
