1. I am worried about buying online. Can we trust your site?

We have been trading online since 2004 and are experienced in selling online. We are a business based in Stratford upon Avon, Warwickshire and we have a bricks-and-mortar store. We are trusted and well known within the running and online sports communities. If you are still worries why not give us a call on 0845 257 0441?

2. Is your site secure?

Yes. Our website uses the latest encryption methods to ensure that your personal data is kept safe and secure. You will notice that when you proceed to the online checkout the webpage url changes from http:// to https:// and you will see a padlock displayed on the webpage. This shows that you have reached the secure section of our site. We have never had a breach of security since we started trading online in 2004.

3. Do you give my details to other companies?

No. We will never pass your details to a third party company.

4. Do you hold stock of all of the items shown on your website?

We hold stock of the vast majority of the items we have for sale on the site. We do occasionally have items shipped directly from our manufacturers/suppliers, this is usually due to those items being large and/or heavy. If this is the case it will be clearly stated on the webpage. Our systems also use 'live stock' - see below for details.

5. Are the stock levels shown on the website accurate?

Our website has 'live stock' which means that if the system lets you add the item to the basket we do actually have it available. Having said that, we are only human and occasionally mistakes get made. If we find a stock inaccuracy and it affects your order we will contact you straight away.

6. Which methods of payment do you take?

We accept PayPal and Google Checkout payments as well as the usual credit cards.

7. Can I ship to an address other than my billing address?

Yes, we do allow this. Simply add the shipping address when proceeding through the checkout.

8. How quickly do you ship items?

We operate an extremely efficient despatch service. This means that the vast majority of orders get sent out the same day. Our mail collection is not until 5pm so we often get orders placed as late as 4.45pm sent out that day.

9. Which courier do you use?

Most items are sent by Royal Mail first class post. Higher value items are usually sent by Interlink Express courier or by Royal Mail Special Delivery - please refer to our delivery and returns page for full details.

10. What happens if I decide I don't want to keep the item I have ordered?

We fully comply with the Department of Trade and Industries 'Distance Selling Regulations'. You have 14 days to return the item to us should you decide you do not want the item. Certain conditions apply to returns so please refer to our delivery and returns page for full details.

11. Can I get your website prices if I come and buy in-store?

No, our website prices are for online orders only. This is due to the reduced costs involved in processing online orders. We do however allow, customers to buy online and collect from store. If you wish to do this simply use our address as the items delivery address. The address to use is:
